Just wanted to share that I received a letter from the CDA to my local address in Pakistan that I have been awarded a plot in Park enclave. There is no plot number and they are saying that there will be a separate ballot for the plot number.
It seems to me that everyone who applied , got one. Would be interested to know in the forum if someone received a rejection letter ?
What do you folks think about the prospects of this project in future.

Dear Malik:
The future does not look that good in the next few years (5 years)as evident from the efforts of CDA if you compare the same with the efforts of Bahria Town in Bahria Enclave. Please go and visit the site of both projects and you will see that there is nothing going on on Park Enclave site but the Bahria Enclave site is very much developed with a lot of work going on.
