i want to ask from u please tell us where will be the location of parkview plots after ballot.if it is in dha8 proper what will be the expected rates of 1o marla plots after ballot without development chargas.thanks

Not 100% sure yet but it will be in Z block of DHA Lahore phase 8 just across Berki road infront of S block and LSE. In between Villages Padri and Chughalpura and Dargpura.

Wait for ballot day to get 100% confirm location.

as below chat and some other info; it seems that Z block may be adjusted right behind the existing park view extension and S block area as there is enough land available and probably DHA has taken over certain portion.

As per my understanding this land belongs to Military Dairy form.

No chances of parkview on this land. If DHA had owned this land, they would rather make a new block here & sell at a higher rate rather than making PV files plots, for which they will get no benefit.
