I visited before 2 months approx ; Good Quality Development work at large scale was in progress.

Mian Sahab,

I am outside the country now. Last time when I visited DHA Homes and valley, work on homes was at a fast pace but Valley was slow, even commoners town was slow.
A friend, here working with me, told me that now Valley has picked up in development?
Is it true?

Also there is controversy between this 8.1 KM distance of DHA Homes from the Islamabad Highway to the start of Homes. Some says it is more, others say it is correct! Could you please make this simple for us?

DHA Expressway construction is in progress at fast pace.
DHA homes Gray structures are complete.
Development work in Valley is in progress (in my opinion at slow pace).
Some area is fully developed even street lights are installed .I cannot differentiate the developed area is part of Valley or DHA-II Ext.
Comners Town BC,CC ,DC, EC blocks mostly roads and streets are complete few plots are relocated due to DHA Express way in DHA-II Ext blocks. Large number of plots are still without possession.
Distance of DHA Homes in my opinion is 15 KM (it is guess).
