DHA-8 Lahore Ex Parkview 1 Kanal Allocation File Buyers at 27.50 Lacs Seller(S) At 28 Lacs
DHA-8 Lahore Ex Park view 10 Marla Allocation File Buyers at 18 Seller(S)At 18.25 Lacs

Please inform about the PRICE of Possession plots in Park view Block wise. How much the Price is increasing.

i am surprised to see today,s rates of parkview files.one kanal file rates increased from 25 to 28 lacs but no increase in 10 marla files and there is huge rate gap between one kanal and 10 marla files before this gap was very less.cmy sab can u tell us why is this.

there is no such gap, the difference b4 was 1.5 times and now also it is the same equation.

Please do not be mad. The proposed location is even worse than phase 7 n block and will need minimum 4 years to develop. Is it not better to buy a n block plot for 40 after this artificial hype us over rather than would be phase 8 plot.' I have all my doubts that balloting would be by December .

dear friends i just call to an dha official few minutes before to know the ballot of parkview he told me that dha will announce the date of ballot next month.he did not confirmed me month but he told withen this year.and he confirmed me the location of parkview files he said parkview files will go to across barki road infront of phase7 and LSE as i told u before.

if these files go to back side of phase7 then location is very bad.i will request to cmy sab and other friends please they do their guess that if parkview files go there then what will be the expected rates of 10 marla and one kanal plots after ballot without development charges.

@Zaheer,

There is no other location where DHA could adjust PV. IMO this location is not bad & Barki Road is actually quite peaceful & better than Bedian Road. However, PV plots may drop once development charges are announced.

Not 100% sure yet but it will be in Z block of DHA Lahore phase 8 just across Berki road infront of S block and LSE. In between Villages Padri and Chughalpura and Dargpura.

Wait for ballot day to get 100% confirm location.

(Please inform about the PRICE of Possession plots in Park view Block wise. How much the Price is increasing.)

The large land beside S-Block of Phase-8 is may be used by different organisations due to it prime location. May become GOR-1, Askari 12, even Punjab Secretariat. BUT IF it is used for PV plots after re-organisation of Phase-8 map than good luck PV file holders who suffered alot as the cost of construction rising upward.

How you can be so sure that land beside S block is acquired by DHA ?
IMO it is not possible! Even if DHA acquire this, they will not place PV files here. It prime land of piece, DHA will rather make a new block, sell at a current rate of phase-8 instead balloting PV files, for which they will get no benefit!

See the Main Boulevard Ending at Barki Road, its dual ending is for a purpose & shows DHA intension to develop across Barki. Same way they ended Phase-5 Boulevard.

ur claimed optimism of the past is appreciated but the stories told by u based on ur claimed colonel`s friendship are illogical.
i stick to my point bout the location of PV files -it will never go across barki road n it will never b under phase 7.
time will prove whos right ,if u r right i will take u for a good dinner anywhere in lahore but if the final outcome is as per my opinion(again based on information from dha office)will we get the same deal?

ok mr pv file i do surrender.if you are sure about location that parkview file holders will be accomodated in same place which you have mentioned then i am very happy.my concern was not with location but my concern was only with ballot that is going to happen INSHALLAH.(rest ALLAH knows batter).
