I like to know from experts what's the potential of Lift/elevator business in pakistan for residential/commercial buildings. i have friend in europe/greece and they design/manufacture Lifts/elevators from a to z in house including design of electronic part with very competitive prices and i been offered their rights for pakistan/Dubai so i like to know any potential in pakistan.

Trend for installing residential elevators is though increasing but many people who might wish to install them are reluctant because of price and installation cost. Some local Mfr who I have talked to, do offer residential elevators at affordable cost but lack quality and reliability. A survey might be necessory to assertain the need. |
