Hi All/CMY,
I have budget of 3 Million PKRS. Is there any chance to get 10 marla possession plot in DHA Lahore which should be fairly populated as I have a plan to construct a home there after six months.
I will be thankful for CMY advise specially.

In phase 5, 30 lac will get you 5 marla and the area is decently populated.
In phase 6, probably same and it'll be another 3-5yrs before that gets populated.
I suggest you seriously look towards Bahria town or Valencia and stay away from the brand name DHA. Both are very good communities and give you pretty much everything that DHA ever will.
I am not really sure why everyone here suggests DHA9 as a good investment when history of DHA has been slow development over 10-15yrs. With inflation rate of 13%, there's not much profit! |

Thanks Faisal for your advise, Bahria town may be the better option, can I get a good 10 plot in this budget of 3 Million PRKS in fairly populated area?
If somebody can upload latest pictures of Bahria town It will be great help of overseas pakistanis who cannot visit these societies in person.

go to bahria town sector-c,jasmine block,tulip block,ovesrseas block-A gulmahar block,chambeli block..all these blocks are near main commercial hub of bahriatown lahore & population is increasing day by day where is rate is about 20 to 25 lac. |

Wapdatown Sargodha ke nazdeek jitne bhi ilaqay ya gaoon hain wahan rates buhat ziada hain.Wapda town Sargodha main dramay bazi ho rahi ha.Ha oki jawab management ke pas.
Plotts ko beizati ke sath farokhat hargiz na karain.Para rehnain dain jab tak yeh dramay bazi chalti ha. |
