I have got a plot in b17 35x 70 in c sector on a very good location. Dealers are offering 13.5 lac now. Would the price increase after society physcally annouces posesssion and by how much. I think of disposing it off and invest elsewhere in pindi. Your expert advise and opinion would be much appreciated , Mian Nadim sb |

1-Please contact CDA they may refund ur money after court decision.
2- For C Block B-17 13.5 is good price.
Invest only in Islamabad Zones I,II & V not in Pindi.
Price of Zone -II societies will surely increase when CDA construct Margalla Aveneue from Sector D-12 to GT Road between these sectors.

all the affectess of jeddah town phase-1 and phase-2 who have regestries of their plot should contact dg nab and get alltment letter and possession..mr.gilani is also giving allotment and possession of the plot so cntct them quickly as soon as possible before closing of the case under the nab. |
