Is there any home construction has started in DHA Rahbar Sector Lahore Phase 2 or not yet?

Dear brother, as yet to the best of my knowledge possession has as yet not been handed over to the allotees so construction of a house is not possible please recheck from the society as well |

As of my knowldge DHA Rahber people sent letters last month that if anyone is interested to built a house, should contact them. So that is why I was asking. Dear CMY do you know anything about this? |
