I have a budget of 60-70 lac and want to invest in commercial property (plot/shop) in Rawalpindi / Islamabad. Could any body suggest appropriate options within this budget? Thanks in advance.

@BM do you have any knowledge about DHAI Business Bay Project? I think this is the best and secure investment in Islamabad, Many international brands are already there and according to your budget you can direct purchase 300 sqt shop on 270 ft wide Express Way. the rental value is also very good. |
