Airavenue luxury apartments,

Dear Experts,

Myself and tens of my friends and aquaintances are worried about their apartments in airavenue dha lahore, as these are not yet finisihed and Block D is absolutely not constructed, anybody knows when they will finish it,

Is DHA responsible for it or still Urban developers?? As we have paid the amount already but waiting for its completion and hand over for years now!!
