I would like to invest in islamabad for 7 to 10 years with a budget of 12 to 15 lakh, my friends motivate me to put my money at Sector E-16 only as after round 5 years it will increase more.
As per my search on this forum i just come to know in that sector there are only two societies CDCHS and RP Housing Scheme. One of my known person he is having holding at RP Housing and saying some positive.
I need from my valuable reader can i go head to Sector E-16 at RP Housing.

Good for future investment. One day CDA will build road which will touch GT road around B17.

Both socities are partially possessioned but development will be time taking not a quick. |
