Hi All,
Can anybody comment on Dream Gardens Lahore (Defence Road), launched by Izhar and Monnoo group. My questions are;
1. Is it safe investment?
2. Do these group have any past history? They developed good but it is very limited area.
3. Is the price justified as per the location.
Appreicate your comments on same.

Thanks and i went through but it doesn't make things clear. It was the initial days that project was launched. It's been over three weeks now and someone might have done further research on that project. Would like to read that, if any. |

At presdent access road (defence road) is not good. too many heavy trafic running and very dangerous road specially night time.
Any how, scheme looks good and the groups are sound. The investment is better but have to wait till widening of defence road and construction of ring road. |

I have travelled on this road couple of times while i was on vacation in lahore.
I saw one drain going along this road. I dont know if it comes in the front or on the back side of the society. experts can tell more on this. Road is infact in bad conditon. Heavy traffic.
Houses offered seems to be connected. House are not separate from each other. |

In your previous comments about this society, you advised that you need to do more in depth research prior to recommend this project so will appreicate if you are in a position to comment further? You might have got further news in a months' time.

I visited the society and find out that the drain is at the entrance of the society and all plot are already booked excepts for few villas |
