respected jameel sab and other brothers
i am intrested to buy a house in lahore.today in one property website i was searching a house for me i checked PCSIR society in college road some houses of 16 marla,18 marlas were just 80 lacs 85 lacs i am intrested to buy any 16 or 18 marla house in this price buttt the problem is this i have not seen the society and location.now surely you have knew this thing that what i want to ask about society and location.i have request from all brothers and specially jameel bhai(because few time before he bought a house in that area)so i want to know each and every this about this society roads location facilities gas.please please answer me in details so that i could make any decision.i will be very very thankful to you.may Allah bless all of us.AAmeen

its pcsir staff colony,
location is ok but society`s layout.roads,grounds,houses etc is not good one.
u can say its a below average society
houses are thekedaar built .
i intended to buy a house few months ago ,i was offered a at a final price of 64 lacs but i didnt proceed b/c of the status of the society . |
