Can you please give information about
DHA Phase 9 5 marla newly balloted Installment plots buyers at 16.50 lacs (10 lacs plus 6.50 lacs Profit)
How much downpayment have to pay and what is payment schedule/ installment.
when it will ready for contruct a house.

Waqar sahib you will pay Rs 1.5 lacs (That was paid as down payment) plus 6.5 lacs as profit money to seller now. Rest of the 8.5 lacs will paid to DHA Lahore office directly in 8 installments in three years ( That comes to 1.06 lacs each installment).

Own for 5 Marla plot 6.50 Lac is too much and even it is not for ready to consturction for next 5 years, the prices will come down. |
