Currently society is progressing at slow pace and will go higher after 2 years due to its location and importance in the area.
I hope LDA admin will pay special attention to this project.

which plots of 10 Marla are not have any legal issue and ranging 10-15 lacs please provide info.

LDA Avenue 1 can by no mean be labeled as a dead society. Like other LDA schemes it is delayed, developing at a very slow pace. But because of its location, which is termed as Golden Triangle, it is the best scheme of the vicinity. I agree with Fawad and Zaheer that it will be 100% gain if you can wait a little bit.

That means no chance of possession by the end of this year even for clear plots of LDA AVenue 1. Is it right? I would appreciate if someone can update us on current rates of clear 10 marla plots of Block M. Thanks in advance.

mrs arshad you can get 10 marla clear plot in M block in 15,16 lacs even in less than this rate if u do little search and i think you can get kanal plot in 20,22 lacs after little search.

I request the affected members of LDA AVENUE-1 to plan to join in a sit in in front of LDA OFFICES JOHAR TOWN ON 1st FEB 2012 to protest and submit our reservations.
