Good day

Kindly advise if the transfer is done in DHA office with picture taken of both seller and buyer and
the transfer letter issued to the buyer

is it 100% safe or still any fraud can take place in documents

Adnan sahib DHA Lahore is a military run project. On duty Brig is in charge here. You are 100% safe after having transfer inside DHA Lahore head office. For the money you pay as transfer fee DHA Lahore office protect your rights as a buyer.

some of my friends told me that he purchased a plot in anormal manner when after many years he contacted DHA for permission to start house they infomred him that the plot was sold on bayana and till the time this matter is not clear DHA can not issue permission and advised the buyer to contact court for this matter

We must be missing some thing here. If baina was done before the plot transfer was done than that baina should have been in DHA Lahore file at time of transfer and DHA will not transfer a plot that have baina pending on it. If after transfer some is claiming there was baina on plot than your friend must have done a deal and failed to transfer plot so a purchaser must have taken a court stay order on plot against transfers and constructions.

A court stay order must be on file against this plot that is the reason DHA Lahore may not allow any construction until plot holder clear the matter in that court.

This means even after the transfer if any one file a case against your plot DHA will stop the construction

Sorry in advance ...but i have concern here....you tried to convince the questioner that it is safe becoz on duty brig is incharge here....this ON DUTY brig comes from MAKKA SHARIF?????he is also part and parcel of this corrupt nation...from president to patwari....if army is so honest then how rtd generals can have lavish life style...like musharaf...its tip of iceberg which is visible...sorry again

regrets for your email.
Military offrs are also pakistanis and share the same cultural and social values as the rest of the society.
DHA being run by serving brigadier means that strict system of checks and balances is implace and chance of corruption like in LDA etc is less
Except defense the corruption in all the other organizations is rampant rather sponsored by influential ppl in governments
i think all oversea paksitanies we still have lot of faith in what Army is doing and we fully support them when ever they call for help

One shoud not feel regretted on reality...instead strive for a change of this rotten system......corruption is corruption rather more or less.... .....i know this so called check and balance is up to major or max col...above ranks are above this CHECK AND BALANCE ...cant you see or you dont want to see the rtd generals like zia ul haq, akhtar abdul rehaman , perviaz musharaf and lots more ....their children from where they get money....now time has come to STRIVE for change and eradicate corruption and make this country a true welfare state....otherwise hamari dastan bhi na ho gi dastano main ( God forbid) ....God bless you

Every one has the right to rise and progress in his life.believe me a fruit seller in front of GHQ earns more money than a General

Army system is such that it recongnise your efforts at the end of the service and give you sime benifits like any other organization.
Junior amry offrs when retire they do not get that much benifits as that of genrral
If Admiral Mansssor has done some thing wrong with the help of Zardari he got punishment due to the system of strict check s and balance which prevails inside Army.
Do you know that 1 trillion dollar worth of assets of politicians are avaiable in europe or america
% of corrution in Army is negligible as compare to any other institution in our country however as said earlier we all share same cultural and social values as other ppl of our society

-Is you comment "every one has right to rise and progress means = join an organization rise, progress and become president????can you compare a fruit seller life with the perks and life style of officers.
-All Govt organizations give same benefits???? like agri land and residential units army give ????
-If admiral mansoor got punishment then wot bout musharaf???why this contradiction????
-Is that a justification of corruption that politicians are 99% corrupt thats y officers are 10% corrupt. System needs to be changed there shud be no sacred cow.....accountability shud be across the board including politicians, genrals, judges, bureaucracy, and all other public office holders....i am hopeful now our youngsters understanding the root causes of country's decline..they will inshallah bring revolution.
We love our forces and idealize them and want to see them 100% professional and committed.... as we all depend on them for our security and sovereignty.
sorry to de-track the original question...in short there is no guarantee that you are secure from fraud in pakistan..its depends on your luck..
