plz tell me that as per CDA rule , how much coverd area of a plot is allowed for construction.in a plot of 30*50 and 30*60 in cda sectors shukriya

As per CDA bylaws you have to leave 5 feet space at front and back side of the plot for 30x60 construction |

On 30x60 ft plots usually semidetached houses are build which need a 3 ft wide passage on one side as well.

Sorry to say both answer are incorrect:
25*40 Front 5 Feet Back 5 Feet
25*50 Front 5 Feet Back 5 Feet
30*60 Front 6 Feet Back 6 Feet
35*70 Front 10 Feet Back 8 Feet
40*80 Front 10 Feet Back 10 Feet
Space on sides is not compulsory in plots up to 40*80 size
