Brother Amjad, I respect your view of leaving politics out of this discussion since each one of us has different reverence and convictions on who can rebuild the country; even though I believe the solutions to our problems can only be resolved through clean politics and good governance. I do request you to name an alternative leadership, with strong conception, since you have stated that IK has no solutions to the problems.
Enough politics, let’s talk about this incident at D-12. First of all do you agree that the law is not being obeyed by many average Pakistani citizens because our rulers, sitting above in the government, do not follow it either? CDA is a government body. For D-12 development, it is directing under and within law. Some miscreants take law into their own hands and now threaten to create hurdles for a legally development scheme and decimate many laws; while a police check point is just one to two kilometers away. While it is so easy for us to blame those few disobedient civilians, from the near by village, don’t you think they are doing exactly what most all their elite government leaders are doing, who by the way have disobeyed all Supreme Court orders themselves? |
