I want to buy 10 Marla plot in LDA Ave and having budget between 11-15 Lacs, can someone guide me which blocks are good and dont having any legal issues and house can be start immidately, and is it good society for investment for next 3-4 years, please advise, if you have any other good suggestions please advise.

1- what about D block is this block has any problem the rates are comparitively low as compare to J, M and C
2- How to verify or process to avoid any legal issue I am not exprienced person need advise so I could not be decived, please advise best way to purchase a 10 M plot in LDA Ave.

Provincial Government needs all funds of LDA for the development of Lahore other Projects. Please also note that 1-1/2 years left for Election and Punjab Government wants to spend on those projects which are cashable during election like widening of Canal road, Multan Road, Ferozepur road. Therefore fund for LDA Avenue not available. Also Litigation issues are still outstanding. Therefore long wait require for LDA Avenue Plot holders minimum 4 to 5 for Possession |

AOA.Some years before I got official letter from lda authority for possassion of my plot in block F .Inot attented the function at that time. After that I do,nt get any responce. Can I start construction on my land?...... Thanks |
