With budget of 21 Lakh,
I wish to buy a 2.6 Marla Commercial Plot in AWT 2,
OR
6 Marla Commercial Plot in Chinar Bagh,
OR
1 Kanal Residential Plot in Fazaia Housing Scheme.
What i need from my valuable readers and members what will be more rewarding for 10 years investmen plan.
After maximum of 10 years (it may be less than too) i am going to move back my Pakistan, So that time if i start to work that time which commerical can be suppose great potentials, and if i wish to built my house, is fazaia that time will be best for living or if i wish to sale it can i get more reward from this residential.
During Eid i am coming Pakistan for 29 days, Please put your experienced words here which surly help me for taking final action.

in 21 lacs budget u can get one kanal plot in lda avenue1 on riwind road.its more rewarding then fazaia.for 10 years dha9 is good but after ballot you have to pay minimum 15 lacs of development charges in installments.after 10 years dha9 and lda avenue1 rates will be same. |

With this budget get 1K in fazaia, have sound sleep for 10 yrs with no fear of qabza mafia, Insha Allah, get more than double price after 10 yrs. My sincere advice but final decision of ur own. |
