The price of phase 5 ext gone up very quickly,now within 2-3 days has fallen down aprox 2 lackh.
Pls advise reason of falling the price,while as per trend and ballot news of in dec 2011 it shoud had risen more,but is falling down pls give your valuabel comments.Thanks

After sudden rise of 8 lacs price correction will be natural due to profit taking and few people getting out after having good price for the file after many years.

Supply n demand.... simply put..... that is why there are spikes, retracement, and correction....these files are commodities just like any other financial market instrument which gets traded with a buy and sell side...does not necessarily has to be a stock to show this type of behavior.....its a pattern and cycle that every commodity follows.....gold, silver, oil, wheat, sugar, rice, coal etc....
