try to get pv file and phase 5 ext. File, if possible, but I dont think any of these are available bcaz of strong news about balloting.
Cmy can suggest better.

wait til december, DHA may annouce plots for public in phase-5 ext or in PV. if not then buy dha-9 files, it will rise in jan-feb next year.

50 Lakh may not be enough to buy even a 5 marla commercial plot on the back side of 210 ft. road in Sector C of Bahria Town Lahore.
I have seen 8 marla commercial plots facing the Canal in the map of Sector D of Bahria Town Lahore. Neither BT nor LRE or anybody else has spoken about them. In my opinion the location of these plots is VERY PROMISING.

You can check with LRE or BT Lahore.
