I am unsuccessful candidate of Phase IX in DHA Lahore, i received refunded draft in USA Dollar, If i deposit here bank in Jeddah Saudi Arabia, the how much services charge on draft(note this draft issued from askar bank but drawn on chase usa bank). plz give information
