I am unable to understand why peoples are asking for 6.50 own for 5 Marla, for what reason, the place will not available before 4-5 years for construction, why someone has to pay 6.5 lacs for 5 MARLA plot.

I think the present price of 5 Marla plot (Rs.16 .5 lakhs)-8 lakhs to be paid now and 8.5 lakhs go be paid in 3 years, is reasonable and this price reflects demand and supply situation. In my opinion property prices all over Pakistan will go higher within next few years as interest rates have started coming down. |
