Dear brothers can u advice me on bahria town jasmine block plot number 970?
is it a good location for building a house or future investment.

Thanks for remembering me.
I do not think that 970 Jasmine Block Bahria Town Sector C is is a good location plot for building a house. It was not fully developed when I was in Pakistan last year. Moreover it is too deep from ground level and very close to a villas boundary.
If the situation remains the same then it is not recommend for a future investment.
I am not updated about the recent development in Bahria Town as I am in London nowadays. You are requested to visit by yourself before making any decision. Thanks.

Mooaz Bhai if you see the latest map of BT Lahore posted by LRE in Post # 55150 dated 30th. August you will notice.

1. Plot No. 970 Jasmine Block is exactly opposit to an existing village after Akhtar Saeed Medical College.

2. There is another, very close, existing village & existing graveyard down the same road.

3. Roohi Nalah is also very close & may prove a permanent nuisence.

So, as advised by Hussain Kaisrani, pl. visit the site, investigate thoroughly before taking any decision.
