This is my first post to this site. i am expecting kind guidance from experienced people here.
i want to buy first property of my life on installments. please suggest me where should i buy a plot where i may build house or atlease can sale in it good money after some time.
my queries are:
1- which plot size is recommended, 5 or 10 marla for sale point of view
2- which society.
3- i can pay 3,4 lac as down payment.
My questions may be annoying but would help me a-lot.
