I am looking for one kanal plot on the main road in phase IV bahria town. How much money I should arrange and what usually are the payment terms. I mean how much Bayana ( down payment) and in how many days the balance is to be paid.How much time does it take to transfer the plot.Is there any time time limt to construct the house after transfer. |
