Want to buy 10M plot in DHA 8, Y block, is it good location, please advise for both living point of view or investment point of view for 2-3 years.

It's one of the worst locations in all of DHA phase 8. Please take a car and drive on the under-development ring road passing through phase 8 and you will know what I mean. The site is very deep, surrounded on three sides by villages and one side by ring road. The approach will be from under the ring road. What's the point of buying an expensive 10 marla in such a location? I will still recommend all 10 marla holders in Y block of phase 8 to switch to other locations or at a minimum, please go yourself and have a look at the location. It's baffling that so many people put their hard-earned money without bothering to actually have a look at the site. |
