sir, i want to construct house in PHASE 5 DHA LAHORE.my builder+architect has given me rate of RS 2200 /SQ FEET.please give brotherly advise that what material and tiles etc,wood,termite,insulation to expect from him.please i need sincere advice as i am not mobile to search things in market.thnx a lot.
