You are giving the rates of 5 Marla phase newly ballotted as 16.50 lacs (Cost 10 lacs and 6.50 lacs profit). Please also tell us the selling price of 5 Marla of DHA Town Phase 9 allotted to Shuhada's family and Army JCOs. Regards

U will find similar price for other plots in DHA Town Phase 9; however, they could be slightly lower as the buyer has to pay full price in advance. Also, it is rare to find an actual seller in DHA Town Phase 9, so it is not easy to determine the rate with no sellers.
