Stock market will crash pretty soon once Greece, Italy and rest of Euro defaults. All you can do is to short everything in stock market or capture some company stocks who you think will still be around in 5 years.
As far as property prices go, crappy economy in the west will drive inflation to 3rd world countries i.e. Pakistan. Hence, if you wanna ride inflation wave, real estate is the way to go. |
