Hello all,
I have two 5 marla plots in DHA 5 worth about 60 lac altogether and would like to sell them to buy property elsewhere. Since I am abroad, I don't have to build till 4 years from now. I am looking to buy physical plots in good society apart from DHA.
1. If I come to Pakistan, how long will it take to sell two plots in DHA 5?
2. I would like to buy 1 kanal plot for about 30 lacs, where should I buy?
3. With the remainder money (About 30 lac) I hope to buy a commercial plot to generate some income as I will retire in 4yrs.

I think you should buy in Valancia Society 1Kanal which will be 50 Lakhs. And its very good society also my friend is living there in A Block. |

For residential: phase 5 ext or PV 1 kanal
for commercial, check bahria. |
