salam.i want to shift in islamabad in i-9, i-10 or g-9/10/11 in couple of years, in a 5 or 6 marla house.
we are are a middle class peoples.plz Mr cmy or any other person may kindly give me advice that which sector is best i-9/10 or g-9/10/11 in view of
a. for investment
b. for rent
c self residence
d. for social interactive point of view
e.any other benefit like economical commodoities/conveyance etc
your cooperation in detail alongwith comaprison in between two viccinity requird

well sir , i have choose two sectors G-9 and I-9, will u tell me that to buy a plot of 30*50 and than construct is wise decision or to buy already constructed home, i have a budget of less than 10 million.

first of all i dont think any of these sector have a plot of size 30*50 ( corect me if am wrong)
if u can,, try to buy a plot and construct ur own house bcz
-it wil be acording to ur needs and your thoughts
-u can make it acording to ur requirements e-g no. of bedrooms n baths or big or smal tv lounge,servant quater etc etc.
-and the most imp thing is that u will build a house for urself so it wil be a reliable thing ,,,,alot of houses wich r for sell r not built well n quality of construction is poor...
try to go for sector g-9 n buy plot/house in a wider street it is better than i-9 ,,as in g-9 u will have a big market (karachi company/g-9 markaz) next to u and public tranport is easily available all the time.. |
