plz tell me one thing else that, what is the minimum area/sq ft are required to be construct in a 30*50 and 30*60 sq ft plot or how much feet are required as per law or need to be remain un construct

1. Pl. Google "Bahria Town".
2. Click on "Design Studio".
3. Then Click on "Construction Bylaws".

You will get all the information you are looking for.

mr AG she iz not into bahria town thing ,,, she iz making a house in Islamabad ,,,lady chk CDA laws for that or concern some experienced person ,,lets wait for mian nadeem sahib ...

In previous post i have posted Compulsory open spaces to be left in CDA Sectors. Zone-I , II & V.


For 25*60 & 30*50 Front 6 Feet, Back 6 Feet.
Total maximum Covered area allowed 2600 sd feet.
Ground floor 1200 sq feet 1st floor 1200 Sq feet = 2400 sq feet
stair tower (mumty)200 sq Feet Total 2600 sq feet.

For 30*60 Front 6 Feet , Back 6 Feet
Total maximum Covered area allowed 3080 sq feet.
Ground & 1st floor 1440+ 1440 Sq feet = 2880 SQ feet plus 200 feet stair tower (mumty)=3080 sq feet.

Total height of house allowed 30 feet.
Plinth level allowed max 3.6 feet from road level.

One bath room is allowed in stair tower.
