I am an overseas Pakistani looking for an advise to buy a plot of 5M or 7M & Construct House or Buy House in Sabzazar scheme Lahore in C,E or J block.
I have budget about 50 Lacs.
Is it realistic to buy a plot of 5M or 7M & construct double storey house in sabzazar Scheme in C,E & J block?

Yes you can do both. Land should cost you around 20-25 lac depending upon what location and plot size you choose. Construction cost should be around 25-30 lac as well which again depends on what quality materials you use. I have a house in Sabzazar since last 20 years and from my view of the area I should suggest you try looking for a plot on the back of main road or close to the park there. Good Luck! |
