i want to know the future of f-17 islamabad
and price of plot in f 17 of 10 merla and 1 kanal and how much time will it take to develop

Brothers, Do not wory prices will not shoot. There are hundred of thousands of plot for sale in Islamabad zone III and beyound. This place ia at leaset 30 Km away from zero point and area has water shortage etc. Only slogan is new Airport, that will not have much impact. Old Airport area did not impact prices in that area at all. So why will it will happen here. No jobs, no schools, hospitals etc in vicinity.

i think mian Nadeem opinion is highly respectable.
The future is great and the prices are almost the same as told by mr farooq.
the underground water is abundant.
