I am interested in buying 10 Marla house in Gated societies. one of them is Defence Raya Golf & Country Club in DHA Phase - 6 and i would like to know about the current development status of Defence Raya. Whether any completed or under construction houses are on SALE? What is the approx. Price of those houses ? When we can get possession ? Will it be a wise decision to buy a property in Defence Raya OR if you please recommend any better option for 10 Marla house in Gated societies nearby.
