Min 70 lacs and Max 120 lacs.
A grade construction is not possible in 1300 per sq foot as brick today cost Rs 8300 per 1000. Good steel like model steel 60 grade cost 73000 per ton.
You must keep 1500 to 2200 per sq foot covered area in mind before you start your house. Either increase budget of reduce cover area of house to fit your budget.
