I was recently looking for plot in UET and found prices ranging from 29 to 31 for an average location plot, transfer expenses etc may come upto 2 lac,
The area best liked by be was boundary plots with Valancia, these plot are rectangular but about 19 merla each, demand was 31 and a resident was saying that these final near. 29 to 29.50. This was in April 2011, However honestly when I saw all the UET I concluded that it is worthwhile to pay some more amount and get in valancia, the reason of this decision was if you see most houses of UET, you will see that many are ,low cost single story, not good elevations etc,
I cant change neighborhood even if one spend lot on his own house, 2nd thing is I was buying for investment so quick resell and brand name was major consideration.
However I think UET is best society for a guy who can spare only 30 lac for kanal, all the facilities are there with lot of population. Totally dispute free. You will get advantage of extension of college road to UET only 300 meter patch will Connect it to college road. |
