Dear builders in Bahria Town.

I would appreciate if you could give quotation for grey area. The plot size is one kanal. Covered area 5025 sq.feet. I would like to have A class construction. I will prefer the following material:



• P.C.C 1:4:8 8” thick using marghala crush
• Brick work in foundations / plinth in 1:6cm
• D.P.C 2” thick horizontal & vertical where ever required (1:4)
• Brick work in super structural 9” thick in 1:6 cm and 4 ½” thick in 1:4 cm
• R.C.C 1:2:4 in lintel, beams, slab & purdries including columns
• Waterproofing at top roof and mumty
• Plastering interior and exterior 1:3 at ceiling and 1:4 in remaining area.
• Steel reinforcement Grade:40
• Flooring hardcore 6” thick (brick batts) & screeding 2” thick
• Fixation of window steel grills
• Fixation of door chowkets
• Construction of overhead water tank.
• Complete termite proofing.


Cement: any brand readily available.
Sand : River chanab
Red bricks: 1st class quality approved and readily available in the market
Crush: Marghala
Tiles for water proofing : 1st class quality approved and readily available in the market
Steel: Grade :40 ( ittefaq)
