How is Eden Lane Villas Phase 1 scheme, they are asking 10% down and 40% after two months and pocession will available in two months, how is reputation of this society and what is level of consturction, can someone trust on them, please let me know, i want to buy house there.

My brother has visited the site and has seen houses. Material used in construction is very very poor and low quality. Leakage can be seen on roofs etc.
Visit urself and decide. I also wanted to buy a house there but I've changed plan now. |
