can you pls tell me the price of 1 kanal plot in phase 7 dha lahore near plot no {143 s}and is it good for house construction or sell it after possession what do you recommend thank you in advance :h

Amir Sahib,
your plot has current value of 40 to 42 lacs because it is facing hospital,Normally mostly times , n o one is interested in to buy a plot for construction in front of hospital, you should sell it after possession or even before possession, its not good location for house construction , you should sell and move to another block or even in s block but not in front of hospital.
