I want to discuss with my firends in the Forum,
One of my Nephew could not study very well due to certain reasons but he is hard working and Obedient, My Brother want to buy a Shop on Good Location for him which will seve like an "adda", So that he can run a stable business, I ghave seen some examoples that such type of Place helps even generations and there is little if any fluctuation in Buiness, would some one share what are business Options as retailer. The ideas in my mind are
1. Super store
2. Bakery etc
3. Sanitary Business.
4. Sationary Business
5. Medical store a bit difficult but can be managed as we also have Phamacists in Family
what are other Choices? and I would welcome if anyone share his experience also.
I prefer more retailer business as there are not many fluctuations once established.
Also how good is to buy a shop in Panorama center Ext what turn over is exopected? for Gents Garments belts ties etc

You have already listed all good options but you must keep in mind time factor, Sanitary & Hardware Store requires less working hours usually 9 to 6 while all other options are from 8 to midnight, my vote is for Harware Store |

If you r budget concious the best choice is to open laces n ribbons shop in any town's main market, very less investment around 50k-200000 and u will get profit around 10k-50k a month. |

If u want to do business with 5-10 lakh then go to azam cloth market and take a shop on rent about 10-15 thousand and trade on day to day basis of running fabric on current fashion. Getting progress in this business is good after little experience |

A good running "Addaa" would be in established market....where people don't see much fluctuation and have seady regular income...I would say panorama is good but the extension is not good at all...Its empty...and its not established..... I would advice Anarkali Bazar... there is new wholesale market emerging at Dhani Ram Road...shops are still cheap to rent or to buy....New designers Kurta Shalwar and ladies and children formal and informal clothing is a speciality of Dhani Ram Road Anarkali Lahore.HOpe this help... |
