Experts from Islamabad. can u ppl plz tel me that how you see sector g-15 in future ? because i have some amount in my account n i can afford g-15 !! guidance required thnx.

Mr ali it is in corner NOW , after some years who knows ,,
CDA been already paid 15 billion by federal govt. to take over sector i-17 n h-16 just to connect new airport to Islamabad ..
i-17 -new industrial sector.
h-16- For Islamabad's police largest new setup.

and new airport comes in area of sector i-18-19 n i-20 on the other side of motorway....so g-15 still in corner? :)

G-15 is good but far from the downtown. It's charm hass somewhat reduced due to boom in sector G-14. Perhaps G-15 will take some more time to come up to expectations.

eyya i completely agree with mr hairaan ,,,that once CDA gets possession of g-14 ,,,rates of g-15 will surely increase....

and eya its a new sector it will take time....according to pace of construction of houses n other things max 2-4 yrz...:)

I don't disagree with boss-sk (as I am not well familiar with that area) but I think he has a plot in g-15. Am I right boss?

buhahahahahaha mr parishan i dont have a plot or any-other thing there ,,,, ,,,,as for future i just like that place ,,,,i cant even afford it in my pocket money
am just in 2nd yr but a bit interested in this property thing n no body in my family belongs to this field....=p

na its normal cuz people usually prefer the place where they are living or they have some property .... thanks :)
