Dear All,
Could anybody tell me price range of a 5 marla house in Model Town R Block Lahore? Actually i have seen one double story 5 marla house facing park with an average condition. I am willing to buy this house for some rental income but dont know how much i should offer. Owner's demand is 50 Lacs.
I will be highlly grateful for any advice from respected and experienced readers of this very informative portal.

You check some options in Faisal town D Block, as there are plenty of 5 Merla houses, it is almost same location. In this area you may find a good and relatively new house in about 45 easily at least you will have many options |
