Hello Every one...Kindly can some shed some light on this Project for which I have recently seen an Ad in the newspaper..It is RP scheme in E-16 and Payment is on installments of three years...I am not buying it for any return on investment in the future..just for a long term investment..On what street is preferred to buy the plot and what is the reputation of this scheme plus and other details will be highly appreciated..

Keep away from this scheme. It’s only a fraud. They sold the plots in 2008 and still people are waiting for possession. Only talking talking talking........Their case is also still in NAB. Be careful with this investment.

Dear Raza almost all people including myself, who paid full cost of land and development charges they got the on ground possession.

are you having any evidence the case is in nap?

not 2008 its 2007 they sold plots but now they are in extension mode, all these things i have checked during my last visit to Pakistan.

But it will be highly appriciated if more people put some comments on this project (positive and negative).

its my humble advice dont trust and spend in such societies i m permenantely living in islamabad it is my advice which i can suggestfor myself ..Most of pakistanis working abroad r doing hard wok to save dont pls take risk...ihsan

RP is now connected with Cabinet division housing society 17th avenue E-16/2. In E-16/3 there are currently two houses are under construction. In my opinion cabinet is better than RP in long term. You cannot compare societies with CDA (which is best) but zone 2 have E-16, B-17, F-17, D-17 and G-15. Almost all sectors are now under possession and construction has been started. G-15 is on Top with 60 lac per kanal. Soon these sector will get gas and new airport finally gets completed in 2 years or so. There is no other place in Islamabad where price is low.

n eya i missed an important point ,,once CDA gets possession of g-14 with in 1-2 yrz ,,prices in g-15 will rise...
n it will be the first sector in zone 2 which will be adjacent to a CDA sector....

so i think its better to go for g-15 rather than any other place in zone 2...
sector f-15 which is parallel to g-15 its development is in full swing ,,,f-15/1 is developed n alot of BIG houses are already constructed there..

Only attraction in recent launch of RP Housing E-16 is payment in installments. If u have cash then prefer with possession plot in CDECHS E-16 & E-17.
In my opinion E-16 & E-17 are 2nd best sectors in Zone-II. (G-15 & F-15 are best at present).

F-7/1 & F-7/4 land not yet purchased/acquired by any society.
To launch a scheme in Zone-II 800 Kanal compact land is required.
MPCHS or any other society can purchase land for launch of project.
MPCHS or T&T ECHS can purchase less than 800 kanal because they already own land in sector F-17.
