i guess 3500000 per kanal is too high price what has changed in last 8 years that they increased price of kanal land from 8 lac to 35 lac
LDA avenue 1 price 8 lac per kanal
if that is the case then valencia and DHA rahber will gain a lot and Kiabane Ameen will also get benefit.
But I am not sure that at this rate they will be able to attract buyers, best option would be to acquire land first and then sell, so that people will have peace of mind that they will not be stuck like LDA avenue 1 |
