its the bogus sector in isb..never been deveolped...ask seniours everyone will tell you same thing...

afghan kachi abadi has been demolished...and Mr shamim u r saying it is bogus NOW ,,,just wait n watch bro..it has a good town planing ,,better than i-10 n i-9,,wide streets....just a matter of time.
g-13 was also a bogus place ,,now it is a reality...

and plz i dont have a plot there am not biased..)

After approval from tender acceptance committee & Chairman CDA Letter for start of development work in I-11/1 & I-11/2 is issued on
27 October 2011.
(Issued by Dy Dir Road V CDA to Saeed Chughatta Construction Company). Completion period for roads and drainage work is 18 months this period will start w.e.f 14th November 2011.
Lets hope development work may start after Eid.
Kachi Abadi issue in I-11/1 yet to be resolved.
CDA is planning to shift Kachi Abadi but Police and district administration are not cooperating.
Future is good.
Agree with boss sector is better than I-9 & I-10.

Thanks to all, mian sb. i dont see any approval, on which newspaper you have read..this is all fake. Kachi abadi issue will not be resolved in i-11/1. so no attached sector like i-11/2 will be starting for development. it needs another 7 years to get setteled ...hope for best

These approvals are not published in Newspapers. I have personally seen file & approval letter. You can confirm from Director Roads CDA road V Division old Naval H/Qtr building.

Thanks to Mian Nadeem sb, your news about the issue letter for starting of development work in sector i-11 is goog news for allottee of much awaited sector I-11 if, as you say the development work will start after Eid. Tell us about the afghan kachi abadi issue when it will esolve. Please give me your contact number or e-mail address. Thanks to all who give comments on my question.

jamil bhai ,,it is not a a Afghan kachi abadi anymore ,,,cuz all the Afghans there are gone after CDA demolished their houses ,,,now only people living there have nationality of Pakistan ,,unhon nai rola dala hua hai :P

first of all shamin uncle its BOSS-SK not BOSS-PK..hahahha..

this sector will take time to develop but one should not forget that it is in the centre of Islamabad..
i mean it would feel awesome to have a shopping centre like METRO on your door step......:D
