I am intersted to buy a plot of 1 Kanal.in Iqbal Avenue phase 3 beside Izmir town...on canal Road Lahore.
Location is B Block Plot NO. 64.

Kindly advise what is the realistic price of that and is it good and worthy in 3 Years to construct a House in that area.

block b your plot is worth between 2to 2.3 million,block a you can pick up a good plot on nice loction in 2.5 to 2.8 million,only 4 houses has been built in block A,HARDLEY ANY IN BLOCK b and c,society is ok ,but no school,no college ,no hospital, no shops,so wahts the use of living there, by the way no masjid.its your choice,do whats best for you.
