Can you please confirm that commercial 2.66 marla plots at "Bahria Nashemun" are still available?
In some previous posts CMY has mentioned that BT has bought a huge Land at the back of this project and planning to launch some new blocks here? When you think that would happen? Do u recommend these commercial plots? AS if i buy one today and build straight away how much rent do u think can i fetch from ground floor? How many plots are still available? and how many commercial plots are there in total?

Commercial plot size 2.66 Marla 15*40 at 15.50 to 18.50 lacs depend on location. |

Can u please confirm that how many commercial plots are there in total? and which ones are for 18.50lac and which ones at 15.50Lac? ...As from location map... i cant c much difference between 2.66 marla plots?
What u think that one story shop can fetch rent here?
